Growing up as the daughter of an artist and a carpenter, creativity and art have always been a part of my life. I enjoy blending artistic expression with scientific curiosity, exploring how the two complement each other.

I love using visual media for science communication and have contributed pieces to non-profit organizations & initiatives, such as the Society for Marine Mammalogy and American Cetacean Society, the Women in Marine Mammal Science initiative, & the Ecological Forecasting Initiative.
